1. Who We Are

Scholz Rebar ("Scholz Rebar," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC #213923) providing pool and spa rebar installation services throughout Arizona. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, request a bid, or otherwise interact with us. By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact or bid-request form, call us, email us, or send us project plans, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, project address, project details, and any other information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 3.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website, and we ask that you do not submit such information through our forms.

3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Depending on the tools active on our site at any given time, these may include:

  • Google Analytics — helps us understand site traffic and usage patterns. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google Ads — conversion tracking and, where enabled, remarketing. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
  • Meta (Facebook) tools — where enabled, measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
  • Call tracking — where enabled, calls placed to numbers displayed on this website may be routed through a call-tracking service and may be recorded or logged for quality and measurement purposes.

Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare bids and proposals;
  • Schedule, perform, and follow up on our services;
  • Communicate with you about projects, estimates, and appointments;

  • Protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, analytics, advertising, form processing, and scheduling — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Project participants. With builders, general contractors, engineers, or other trades involved in your project, as reasonably necessary to perform our work.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.

6. Text Messages & Communications

If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry, bid, or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly. We will still send transactional communications related to active projects when necessary.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations (including Arizona contractor record-keeping requirements), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices & Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.

Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. If you reside in a state whose privacy law grants you specific rights (such as California, Colorado, or Virginia) and that law applies to your interaction with us, you may exercise those rights by contacting us, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under those laws, other than through the standard advertising cookies described in Section 3, which you can control through the opt-out tools referenced there.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adult consumers, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
